Here’s a little something that has been months in the making. Yeah, I’m that slow. I wanted to have this one up on ebay back in June, in time for the release of the latest Hulk Movie: The Incredible Hulk, staring Ed Norton and Liv Tyler, but that has come and gone by now and so has the hype as it were.

Never the less, I’m a die hard Hulk Fan and while it pains me to let this one go, I have some dept and some bills to pay and I’m hoping for a decent sale on this one.

Bidding will start at $50 with no reserve, which is really a steal for anyone looking to let this one ride to the last minute.

Vagabonds

These are a couple of characters that I created, inspired by the old Hercules and Zena TV shows that were really popular at the time.

I think that I was going to title the comic, that would feature them, Crossroads. I’m sure that I had some deep meaning behind the title but I can’t remember what it is at the moment. If you have any memory of the TV shows that I mentioned, then you would get the idea of what the stories would be about. I really loved the Zena series and thought that instead of the side kicks, what would the adventures be like if  Herc an Z were the team, if  Conan and Red Sonja weren’t solo players? I think that an element like that would really make for some interesting adventures. Love, Sex, Swords, Blood and flying apendages galore! Fun for the whole family I tells ya!

As an FYI for the wanderer, Ken Davis has posted a very Unique Challenge this month, which is to draw one of the Oblivion characters. Seeing as how the Gallery is a little lite on some of the earlier characters that I have created I thought that I would post the PressOblivion.comV.2 site on the server to allow everyone the chance at more variety. So dig in and have some fun with this, I’m really looking forward to seeing what’s contributed there.

She-Hulk

This one was a boat load of fun and after my head was spinning after the last post, I just had to make this drawing.

Was there a real purpose to this one other than I had the time to do it? I’m not really sure, I know that I love the She-Hulk Character and was just buzzing to do a little something different which is why I thought that the ball cap and the announcement on her back were set to fit my mood.

I wanted to convey power, sex appeal and have her character acknowledge that she is also powered to be a woman wile wielding the Power that only Gamma Radiation can give a member of the Hulk Family.

I really like getting successful drawings like this done because it makes me feel like I can achieve my dreams of one day becoming a professional illustrator, though I know that I have a lot to work on like backgrounds and atmosphere. I aspire to be as complete an illustrator as Doug Mahnke and Frank Cho one day and I know that with more fast drawings like these, more often, I can make that happen, hopefully sooner than later.
